Who we are
Harrison Royer spent 20 years in temperature-controlled and food-grade distribution — running multi-site 3PL and distribution operations, managing P&Ls, leading Lean and DMAIC programs, and carrying the audit calendar that comes with FDA, USDA, HACCP, AIB, SQF, GDP, OSHA, DOT, and C-TPAT. He has stood on the dock when the customer’s auditor arrived and watched good crews scramble to prove work they had already done.
FloorCoach is the tool he wanted on those floors: capture the work where it happens, let the rules the site sets decide what becomes a finding, put an owner and a signature on the fix, and keep the evidence together so it is ready before anyone asks.
He leads product and customer work. Around him is a small team that helps onboard sites, tests every release on real phones and scanners, and keeps customers answered — people who know a receiving dock from the inside, not a sales floor.
How it is run
FloorCoach is independent and founder-led. That means plain answers about what is built and what is not, one flat price per site, and a founding-customer program with the best terms the company will ever offer. Support comes from the team that built the product — direct, with best-effort response the same business day, Eastern time. Our security posture, including what certifications we do not hold, is stated on the security page.
