Email the site name, the workflow, the device (phone, tablet, or scanner model), and what you expected to happen. A screenshot or the submission ID helps. Critical defects — anything that stops a crew from capturing work — are worked ahead of everything else.

FloorCoach bills monthly in advance, per site, through Stripe. Invoices and receipts are in the app under Billing. If a charge looks wrong, email us before disputing it with your bank — we can see the invoice and fix a billing error the same day.

Subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice — an email to hello@floorcoach.ai from an organization owner is enough. No minimum term, no early-termination fee. Founding customers may also cancel effective immediately at their day-30 review, as described in the founding-customer offer.

Your data is yours. Every list in the app exports to CSV or XLSX at any time. On request we deliver a full export — records, photos, documents, and generated audit packs — within ten business days, and after cancellation your workspace stays exportable for 30 days. On written request after export, we delete your organization’s data from production systems within 30 days and confirm in writing. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Our posture is stated plainly on the security page, including the certifications we do not hold. We will complete your reasonable security questionnaire — send it to the same address.
